There ARE going to be more OWLS in the future, I promise. I like Owls, I have a good size collection myself. Did you know that in Spain and Italy it is considered GOOD LUCK to give images of birds as presents? A double blessing really, the one who gives & the one who receives the gift, both share the Good Luck equally. OWLS seem to be at the Top of the list as the #1 bird to give.
I would like to try to do a number of different Animal Totems/Fetishes also. I even have an Idea for a Water Spider wall project. Requested from Odessa, FL. PineWeaver - 10/06/07 First try resulted in an unusual looking Spider, I will get better with practice. 5/15/08 (SPIDER SHIELD)
Last (2008) year I found a site that makes very detailed wooden Basket Bottoms. hummmm....Snake.. shorten body length, add bulk, legs and feet = Gecko.........hummmmm
