A number of enquiries have asked, How to Make Pine Needle Baskets?
I can direct you to read two (2) big items.

Judy Mallow's book: "Pine Needle Basketry - From the Forest Floor to the Finished Project." This was the only book available to me at the time I started and it is written in plain language with detailed pictures. This book will get you started, show you all the basic steps and where you go from there is up to you.

I would also like for you to read my FAQs. This is where I have tried to show you HOW, I have learned and I am still learning to make my Baskets. Details, lots of little details, everything I could think of that might be of interest or help.

As for the ACTUAL MAKING OF A BASKET, no.....Ms. Mallow's book is the best help there, you can see her step by step pictures and detailed instructions.
**NEW!! Please read the *SEARCH TIPS & ETC*.... in the INFORMATION BOX (look left)...I found a Web Site that has a number of different Links with BASKET MAKING pictures and instructions.**

I never know what color, or material, or pattern, or shape the Basket will be ahead of time. ...... Oh, yes, sometimes I do have an idea in mind when I start.....but most times the results are better than what I imagined!
